The sheath is designed for the Gerber Mark I knife. The sheath has a thumb break on the strap for easy access. The sheath also has the original metal belt clip which can be used on the belt or for your boot. The original knife sheath came with a metal clip however they now come with only a leather strap. This sheath is good to replace an original sheath that has worn out or an alternative to the new sheaths that now come without the clip.
